Who We Are
Collectively is designed as an opportunity for passionate individuals to work together to collectively address mental wellness and solve complex challenges that impact mental health. We are committed to social change and have access to social capital to leverage solutions. Collectively thrives on inclusivity so that people of all races, ethnicities, nationalities, sexual orientations, gender identities and expressions, abilities, religions, and backgrounds are welcomed and respected.
What is our purpose?
Our intention is to prioritize mental wellness for all. Collectively strives to work with invested stakeholders to identify needs and share knowledge about everyday solutions to support transformation. The world needs solutions that are accessible and attainable and collectively works with individuals, organizations and communities to co-create these solutions.
Collectively was initiated by Julie Radlauer-Doerfler, a changemaker in the non-profit world. In every aspect of her career she has focused on transforming individuals, organizations and communities. She specializes in utilizing evidence-based and researched practices to inform her processes. Her style of embracing change in a warm and nurturing manner offers support to those with whom she works. Julie truly believes that we should “be the change we want to see in the world” and actualizes this value in her life.
